Steve has helped thousands of people suffering from injuries, illnesses, accidents, and national disasters present the facts of their situations for determination at multiple levels including insurance companies and government agencies. He has testified in court and/or administrative hearings hundreds of times.

Wednesday has worked with seniors extensively throughout her professional life. Most recently as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, as an insurance support specialist, a branch manager with a national financial institution, and directly in the care of adults suffering from dementia.

Charlene has been worked with disaster victims from every major disaster since Hurricane Katrina. Last year she elected to retire, but is still committed to helping disaster victims and provides her services directly. A long time Senior Loss Verifier and Construction Analyst with the Disaster Assistance program of the Small Business Administration she has helped thousands of home owners, renters, business owners, HOA’s and non-profits.
